Rabbit from pompoms
The process of creating pompoms
Make two pompoms: one is for the trunk, the other is the head.
► Draw these figures on thick paper (4 pcs)
► Cut them out and fold them as shown in the photo below
► Two pieces need to be attached together as shown
►Wrap the yarn around the template. Since we need a bigger body, add more yarn to one of the pompoms. A smaller pompon will be needed for the head
► When you are done wrapping, it should look something like this
► Cut with scissors, as shown in the photo below
► Tie the future pompom with a string to prevent it from falling apart
► Trim it with scissors and remove the cardboard
Put the details together:
► Sew one pompom to the other - it should start looking like the body and the head of a rabbit
► Cut out felt ears and attach a piece of pink felt to the inside of each ear. Sew the strip at the bottom so that it takes the shape of a rabbit ear
► Sew ears to the rabbit’s head
► Cut out the tail from white fur and sew it to the back
► Sew black beads for the eyes, a pink bead for the nose with some fishing line for the whiskers
► Admire the result!
